One thing my Dad always taught me was if you ever see DOGS DRIVING BY IN A CAR, BARKING you know something interesting is going to happen.
I’ve waited so long for those words to come true and almost gave up hope.
For the past few Saturday mornings, there has been a car going up my street. Windows rolled down, full of dogs. Barking their faces off.
It is the funniest thing.
Another big thing that has happened is that we changed the look of our house dramatically.
Our washed out little crappy looking house now stands out with its Heritage Blue board and batten siding. For us, it’s perfect because we now have a backdrop for our plants.
Let’s be honest; anything looks great against it.
Let’s face it, when we say anything, we mean anything. Joking aside, this house is a perfect reflection of us and our enjoyment of the garden.
We don’t just grow plants; we grow love.
IF YOU LONG FOR A MIND AT REST AND A HEART THAT CANNOT HARDEN…
GO FIND A GATE THAT OPENS WIDE INTO A SECRET GARDEN.
We also have done a midsummer garden redesign with plants, decor, and furniture. Check it out in the next post.
